H.R.H PRINCESS NANDI ZULU KAZWELITHINI

Princess Nandi Zulu: A Legacy of Strength and Service

Birth and Early Life

On 30 May 1977, Princess Nandi Zulu was born under extraordinary circumstances. Her mother, Queen Buhle kaBhekuZulu, defied royal protocol by driving herself to the local clinic, bypassing guards and handmaids. When the Zulu King, His Majesty King Zwelithini Goodwill kaBhekuZulu, inquired about her whereabouts, no one could find her. The next day, Queen Buhle returned calmly with a newborn in her arms. Named after Queen Nandi, the formidable mother of King Shaka, Princess Nandi was destined for a life of purpose and leadership.
